Dr. Jayant Khandare
Dr. Jayant Khandare received his M. Pharm degree in Pharmaceutics from University of Mumbai, in 1995. He completed his Ph.D. in Chem. Eng. from National Chem. Lab., Pune, India. He was a postdoctoral research fellow at Chemical Eng. Dept., at Wayne State University, Detroit and Research Associate at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, USA. He is a recipient of Alexander von Humboldt Experienced Researcher award and worked at Freie University, Berlin. His research interests are in macromolecular chemistry, targeted drug delivery systems, 3-D cancer cell scaffolds, and 3-D surfaces. Currently, he is Senior Research Scientist in Drug Discovery Company- Piramal Healthcare Ltd. India.
