Ms.Tasneem Kausar teaches at the Jain International School and has over 10 years experience teaching chemistry. She specializes in Organic Chemistry. She has done her M.Sc. from A.M.U Aligarh and her B.Ed. from G.G.D.U, BSP.

She describes herself as an adventurous and creative person who likes to involve her students in various experiments to enhance their understanding of chemistry . Young minds interest her and she finds chemistry a very logical, interesting and fun subject to teach.

She believes that chemistry should be made easy to learn in the basic years and students should be able to do more research in the field. She inspires her students to think out of the box by giving them thought provoking and challenging questions. She particularly likes to focus on eco-friendly experiments that reduce pollution of air, water and soil.

Some of the innovative ways of teaching she uses are spot visits to industries, cross discipline teacher involvement such as involving the Biology teacher for Bio chem and using teaching aids such as smart classes and 3D modeling.
